About nhow Rotterdam

nhow Rotterdam is an art-forward design hotel located in De Rotterdam on the Wilhelminapier, a landmark building by OMA / Rem Koolhaas overlooking the Erasmus Bridge and the Maas. Part of NH Hotels' creative nhow brand, the hotel reflects Rotterdam's contemporary, design-driven character through its art, interiors and programming.

Important Event Information

By siging up to the event, participants understands and agree to the following.

Ticket and participation

The ticket price is €85 excluding VAT and includes:

• Entry to the Sip & Paint session
• All required painting materials
• One drink
• Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds or rescheduling possible

Tickets are valid only for the selected event date and cannot be transferred to another session unless agreed by Light Program.

Arrival

Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for registration and seating.

Late arrivals may still be admitted, but the session cannot be extended.

Refund policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted directly and offered a refund.

Event changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the room, programme, host, timing or format where operationally necessary.

Guests will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Photography and filming

Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

By entering and participating in the event, guests acknowledge and agree that they may be photographed or filmed and that this content may be used by Light Program and nhow Rotterdam across their websites, social media channels and other promotional materials.

Guests who have concerns regarding photography should contact the organiser before the event.

Conduct and venue rules

Guests must follow the instructions of Light Program and nhow Rotterdam staff and comply with the hotel’s house rules.

Light Program and nhow Rotterdam reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Materials and clothing

Painting materials will be used throughout the session. Guests are advised to wear suitable clothing.

Light Program and nhow Rotterdam cannot accept responsibility for stains or damage to clothing or personal belongings caused by paint or art materials, except where legally required.

Food and beverages

The ticket includes one drink.

Additional drinks can be purchased on-site from nhow Rotterdam. Only food and beverages supplied or authorised by nhow Rotterdam may be consumed during the event.

Personal belongings

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings during the event.

Light Program and nhow Rotterdam cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where legally required.

Personal data

Personal information provided through Eventbrite will be processed by Light Program for ticketing, event administration and event-related communication.

Guest information will not be used for unrelated marketing without the appropriate permission.

Accessibility and special requirements

Guests with accessibility requirements, allergies or other relevant needs should contact Light Program before booking or as soon as possible before the event.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, but specific arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
